Thriving Ecosystems

Thriving Ecosystems is a community resource aid that supports the synergy and sustainability of Southern organizations for the long-term. We offer sliding scale services to support the sustainability of organizations, coalitions, and ecosystems that seek to build alternatives to capitalism that foster cooperation and relationship-based sustainability. Learn more about our offerings below.

  • Currently, we offer the following sliding scale services:

    • Development Consulting

    • Non-profit Financial Planning Support

    • Donor Organizing Strategy

    • Grant Writing Support

    • Mutual Aid Fund Development

    • Fundraising Campaign Strategy

  • • Short term coaching with your small to medium-sized organization to expand funding streams.

    • Training to members in your organization’s ecosystem (staff, board, members, etc) to build fundraising skills.

    • Helping the development and strategy of a mutual aid fund situated within a grassroots community.

    • Co-creating a community-led structure to maintain collective control of wealth, property, or land.

    • Developing a community-based giving circle to redistribute resources in ethical and transparent ways.

  • If your organization or coalition would like to work with us, you must be:

    - Based in the the Southeast (VA, NC, SC, GA, MS, AL, LA, or FL)
    - BIPOC led
